AE - Stock Associate - Early Morning; Off

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your home base, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• Drive product movement by executing effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain an efficient and productive Stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a plan, and take action to correct them.
• Support teammates by stepping in to complete non‑stock tasks or assist guests.
• Prioritize safety, follow Asset Protection standards, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• You're a fan of AE and Aerie products.
• You excel at organization, have strong attention to detail, and are skilled at priority setting and time management.
• You have flexible availability to move product early in the morning, late in the evening, and on weekends.
• You have prior experience in a stock‑related role.
