Position Summary
The Part Time Sales Lead is an entry‑level leadership role responsible for opening and closing the store, supporting sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and executing day‑to‑day store operations. This Sales Lead supports the Store Manager by following customer engagement strategies and maintaining merchandising standards that support a positive customer experience.

- Ensure excellence in customer service in the store by upholding high retail standards to ensure an in‑store experience that aligns with company standards.
- Initiate conversations with all customers, building a relationship to learn interests and identify products to suggest.
- Assist customer in the fitting room and recommend product aligned with customer needs and preferences through suggestive selling and encourage purchase.
- Build brand loyalty by promoting the rewards program and achieving weekly loyalty sign‑up goals.
- Learn about new products and trends to better engage customers.
- Consistently achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Provide information and advice on product performance, features, and specifications.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing, freight processing, accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain point‑of‑sale integrity.
- Follow company and store policies, procedures, and operational guidelines; communicate concerns to store leadership.
- Assign tasks to team members as directed to support operational needs.
- React quickly to all customers and/or employee injuries and report them immediately to the Manager on Duty.
- Participate in Loss Prevention Audits and comply with company loss prevention policies to minimize store shrink.
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of other members of the leadership team.
- Communicate employee concerns directly to the Store Manager.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members in sales behaviors, customer service expectations, and store procedures.
- Address customer concerns professionally and in accordance with company guidelines.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Retail or customer‑facing experience preferred but not required.
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
- Minimum availability of 30 hours per week including one weekend day and rotating holidays; additional availability is a plus.
