Job Overview

As the strategic leader of the store, the Store Manager drives business performance, delivers exceptional customer experience, and cultivates a high‑performing, inclusive team culture. The role champions brand values and ensures operational excellence across all areas, directly impacting profitability, team development, and customer satisfaction.

• Model exceptional customer service and selling behaviors to drive a consumer‑centric mindset and elevate the in‑store experience.
• Partner with store leaders and associates to achieve and exceed sales goals, monitoring progress against key performance indicators.
• Provide independent judgment and discretion in all aspects of people management—including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations.
• Shape store culture to ensure alignment with company values and a positive team environment.
• Coach, give feedback, and train associates in customer service, product knowledge, brand identity, and operational excellence.
• Assess customer interactions, resolve escalated concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Manage store operations: scheduling, expense control, loss prevention, audits, and reporting.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory through proper shipping and receiving procedures.
• Support store marketing events and community engagement initiatives to drive traffic and brand awareness.
• Promote a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous learning by sharing best practices and encouraging collaboration.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Demonstrate inclusive practices that honor diverse backgrounds, skill sets, and lived experiences.

• 3–5years of professional or retail management experience.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree is valued but not required.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high‑performing, diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Solution‑oriented and flexible in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Capable of working independently, managing shifting priorities, and meeting business expectations.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight.

Hiring Range: $27.38 – $45.63

USD per hour. The position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
