The Wellness Team Member at Good Earth Markets helps customers to discover products and solutions that support their natural health and wellness goals. This role provides education and guidance in vitamins, minerals, herbs, sports nutrition, and other natural wellness products while delivering exceptional customer service. Whether you are already knowledgeable about supplements or eager to learn, Good Earth Markets provides ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow your wellness expertise.

• Assist customers in selecting supplements, vitamins, sports nutrition products, and other wellness solutions
• Build and maintain knowledge of natural health products through ongoing education and training
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service that creates a positive shopping experience
• Assist with inventory, receiving, merchandising, and other wellness department operations
• When customer needs in the Wellness Department are met, team members will also assist inother areas of the store as needed. (cashiering, inventory, stocking, facing etc…)
• Perform a light janitorial and housekeeping duties as needed

• Passion for health and wellness, nutrition, supplements, and natural living
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability and desire to learn about vitamins, minerals, herbs, sports nutrition, and other wellness products (Previous knowledge and experience is a bonus!)
• Ability to work with compassion and empathy with customers seeking wellness support
• Dependable and self motivated
• Flexibility! All team members are expected to assist throughout the store and will be trained in cashiering, stocking, facing, and other areas as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time with repetitive bending/lifting
