Part Time Keyholder - Merrell

Summary

We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, service‑oriented and likes to have fun while they work. At Wolverine Worldwide, our Key Holders are called upon to provide customers with superior service and to create an atmosphere within the store conducive to a pleasant shopping environment.

• Engage customers by being fully knowledgeable about store products and policies.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale register, accurately record transactions, and handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
• Detect theft and other security risks.
• Handle inventory, including merchandise and displays, moving boxes and items up to 40 lbs and climbing ladders.
• Execute store opening and closing procedures.
• Provide direction to Sales Associates.
• Create amazing experiences for customers.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics.
• Follow best‑in‑class operational and presentation standards.
• Supervise others and work collaboratively as a team.
• Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by a manager.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Minimum six months experience as a Key Holder, opening and closing a store.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
