Job Overview

Vacation Sales Concierge/In-House Marketing Coordinator at Marriott Vacations Worldwide in our Mountain Side location, Park City, UT. Join the Sales & Marketing team to assist in providing Owners/guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories.

Full-time, 5 days per week. Must be available to work weekends and between 8am and 8pm.

• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience; enjoys interacting with guests in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
