- 2+ years of sales or estimating experience
- Knowledge of painting processes and materials
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Comfortable using CRM and estimating software
- Self-motivated with proven sales track record
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
