Account Executive

We’re seeking a driven, competitive, and results-oriented Account Executive (AE) to join the Subcontractor Hub Sales team. This role is focused on running high-impact demos, closing new business, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, is KPI-driven, and excels at moving deals through the pipeline efficiently.

• Own the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound qualified opportunities, from demo to close
• Conduct product demos that clearly communicate Subcontractor Hub’s value proposition
• Close new business and consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue KPIs
• Work closely with SDRs to optimize handoffs and maximize conversion rates
• Collaborate with Account Engineers to ensure a smooth post-sale transition
• Identify upsell opportunities within active accounts and drive expansion revenue when applicable
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within CRM
• Continuously refine sales messaging, objection handling, and closing strategies

• 2+ years of SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive or similar closing role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong demo, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Highly competitive, self-motivated, and KPI-driven
• Experience using CRM tools
• Knowledge of construction, fintech, or B2B SaaS a plus
