Bilingual Lead Generator

ARS-Rescue Rooter, a national leader in residential and light commercial construction services for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, seeks a Bilingual Lead Generator. In this role, you'll make outbound calls, qualify prospects, and set appointments for our service teams. Using your English/Spanish communication skills, you'll educate customers on repair, replacement, and maintenance options and log all activity in our CRM. Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to residential and light commercial prospects
• Qualify leads for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services in the construction space
• Schedule appointments and route qualified leads to sales and service teams
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track lead status
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead and conversion targets
• Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish with customers
• Collaborate with operations and sales to improve lead quality and processes
• Promote ARS-Rescue Rooter's safety-first and customer-focused values
