Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the property, checking for unsecured doors, trespassers, and safety hazards;
Respond to guest and associate calls while on patrol and prioritize emergencies;
Draft incident reports and maintain logs (key logs, lost and found, group resumes, contractor passes, and emergency equipment) via daily audits;
View CCTV monitors and maintain constant surveillance of the grounds;
Conduct associate safety training and report/resolve safety hazards daily
