Concrete Sealing Technician​/Power Washing Technician

We are a growing concrete sealing company serving Park City and surrounding areas. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking technician to assist with concrete cleaning, preparation, and sealing projects.

This position will initially focus on power washing and surface preparation, with opportunities to learn concrete sealing, equipment operation, customer service, and project management.

Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and are interested in developing skills within the construction and property maintenance industry.

Power wash driveways, patios, sidewalks, and concrete surfaces

Assist with concrete sealing applications

Prepare job sites and equipment

Operate pressure washers and related tools safely

Maintain a clean and professional job site

Load and unload equipment and materials

Communicate professionally with customers when needed

Follow safety procedures and company standards

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 90+ pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Construction, landscaping, pressure washing, or maintenance experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn new skills

$28–35/hr DOE + bonus opportunities
