• Minimum 2 years of finish carpentry experience (required)
• Experience working in custom residential construction
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Baseboard installation
• Custom shelving
• Crown molding
• Window trim and casings
• Decorative wall treatments
• Fireplace mantels
• Interior door installation
• Ceiling treatments
• Decorative and structural beam installation
