Fine Finish Craftsman ​/ Experienced Painter

• Work alongside experienced craftsmen on high-end residential projects
• Prepare, mask, and paint interior and exterior surfaces with precision
• Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting with minimal supervision
• Complete surface preparation including caulking, sanding, patching, masking, priming, and repairs
• Follow company processes and jobsite standards quickly and accurately
• Read and understand work orders, scope of work, and instructions without constant direction
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and professional conduct with clients
• Communicate professionally with team members, and supervisors
• Use company tools, equipment, ladders, and lifts safely and responsibly
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining craftsmanship
• Identify issues or additional work needed and communicate it promptly
• Assist in mentoring less experienced painters when needed
• Represent Christopher Painting with professionalism, reliability, and respect
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and pride in every detail

• 5+ years of professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Someone who can work independently
  , stay productive, and does not require constant supervision
• Strong understanding of proper prep work, cutting-in, rolling, spraying, masking, and finishing
• Ability to follow directions quickly and understand project expectations the first time
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up every day ready to work
• A positive attitude, respectful communication, and a team-first mindset
• Someone who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a clean jobsite and uphold company standards
• Physically able to lift materials, use ladders, and work an active job
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to job sites
• Someone trustworthy who represents Christopher Painting with professionalism and integrity
• This position requires a pre-employment drug screening.
