Skilled Carpenter

Tall Pines Construction is seeking a reliable, skilled Carpenter to support our field crews on custom home builds throughout the Park City area. This role requires hands‑on carpentry expertise, working alongside foremen and subcontractors to frame, finish, and detail high‑end custom homes to exacting standards. The ideal candidate has solid carpentry experience, a strong understanding of jobsite safety, and the ability to work well as part of a team in a fast‑paced outdoor environment.

Perform rough and finish carpentry, including framing, subfloors, and trim work

Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

Measure, cut, and install materials with precision

Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely

Ensure work meets quality standards expected on custom home builds

Load, unload, and move materials on job sites

Keep work areas clean, organized, and up to code

Work alongside foremen and subcontractors as needed

Carpentry experience preferred

Strong knowledge of framing, finish carpentry, and blueprint reading

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions

Valid driver's license (own transportation a plus)

Own basic hand tools

Team player who takes direction well and communicates clearly

OSHA 10 certification a plus, but not required
