First Tracks Property Management | Park City, Utah
First Tracks Property Management is growing and looking to add another person to our field team.
We manage high‑end homes throughout the Park City area. This is a hands‑on position with a wide range of responsibilities, and the work changes from day to day.
We are not necessarily looking for someone with a lot of experience. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, growth mindset, reliability, and a willingness to take ownership of their work.
The right person is someone who shows up, works hard, pays attention, and follows things through. If they see something that needs to be done, they help take care of it rather than waiting for someone else.
What We’re Looking For- Strong work ethic
- Reliable and on time
- Takes ownership of responsibilities
- Finishes what they start
- Pays attention to details
- Communicates well
- Willing to learn
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable working with homeowners and contractors
- Willing to help with whatever needs to be done
- Comfortable with physical and sometimes dirty work
Construction, maintenance, landscaping, automotive, mechanical, or other hands‑on experience is helpful, but it is not required.
First Tracks is growing quickly, and there is room for someone who performs well to take on more responsibility and grow with the company.
If you work hard, take ownership, and are someone people can rely on, we’d like to hear from you.
