Join our team as a Laborer Helper for a specialized one-day project in Park City, UT, assembling protective air domes over recreational facilities. This Laborer Helper position offers excellent pay at $25.00 per hour for physical workers ready to contribute to an important seasonal preparation project.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lift and assemble air bubbles/domes that cover swimming pools, tennis courts, and recreational areas for winter protection
- Perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the work shift
- Assist in general cleanup and sweeping of work areas to maintain safe working conditions
- Arrive punctually and work the complete duration of the assigned shift
- Support team members with various general labor duties as needed
- Follow all safety protocols while handling equipment and materials
- Maintain organized work areas throughout the project
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members during Laborer Helper tasks
Required:
- Ability to pass a lifting test demonstrating capacity to lift 50+ pounds safely
- Must wear closed toe and closed heel shoes for safety compliance
- Ability to stand for the entire work shift without breaks
- Strong physical stamina and endurance for demanding manual labor
- Reliable transportation to Park City, UT work location
- Punctual attendance and commitment to completing the full shift
- Experience working as a Laborer Helper or similar support role
- Familiarity with seasonal facility preparation or maintenance
- Ability to work effectively in team environments
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
This is a one-day assignment scheduled for September 17th, 2026. Work begins at 8:00 AM and continues until project completion, typically lasting 4-8 hours depending on project needs and weather conditions.
COMPENSATION$25.00 per hour for this Laborer Helper position, paid for all hours worked on the project day.
