Families who enroll at Alpha have relied on trusted advisors in every area of their lives. This role fills the one gap that remains. You'll become the person they reach out to when uncertainty arises, when something doesn't feel quite right, or when they want to share a moment they know you'll appreciate. You'll develop such familiarity with each family that you can sense what they need before they voice it—and you'll bring the judgment and composure to address whatever they share with discretion, warmth, and apparent ease.

Over time, you won't simply represent their child's school. You'll become woven into the way they experience this stage of their family's journey. That level of trust isn't built through procedure. It emerges from presence—daily, steady, unhurried. You'll be there during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up, at the evening gatherings that count, and in the one-on-one exchanges that never appear on a schedule.

You'll create a community families want to protect, where belonging feels natural and referrals happen because the experience warrants them. Alpha operates differently from traditional schools. Students complete core academics in two hours daily using AI-powered applications, then dedicate the remainder of their time to public speaking, critical thinking, and real-world projects. No lectures. No busywork. Top 1% outcomes nationwide.

The families who select it are investing in something they value—but that conviction requires nurturing. You'll sustain that dialogue with every family, through every moment of uncertainty, for the duration of their child's enrollment. If advocating for an unconventional model to discerning skeptics feels like a burden, this position isn't for you. If it feels like the most compelling conversation you could engage in, continue reading.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Take ownership of the relationship with every family on campus—the continuous, evolving relationship that ensures parents feel known, not simply attended to
  • Foresee concerns before they surface as conversations, and address them with the discretion and interpersonal skill that preserves trust
  • Maintain visible presence where families gather: morning drop-off (7–9am), afternoon pick-up (2–4pm), evening parent gatherings, and occasional weekend programming
  • Develop a campus community with authentic dimension—events, traditions, and connection points that give families a sense of belonging to something valuable
  • Encourage parent advocates naturally, delivering experiences so reliably excellent that referrals emerge as the organic result
  • Sustain the ongoing discussion about Alpha's AI-powered model with families managing screen time questions, skeptical relatives, and occasional doubts—not only at enrollment, but continuously throughout their campus experience
  • Recognize when a family isn't the right match and manage that reality with the same care you bring to all interactions—safeguarding the community is integral to serving it
  • Establish the systems and routines this role demands in a setting where the framework is still evolving

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Overseeing enrollment—that belongs to the Admissions Director; your work starts when families enroll and grows from that point forward
  • Operating from behind a desk—your presence within the community defines the role
  • Maintaining standard 9–5 hours—early mornings, late afternoons, and evening programming are inherent to the position, not occasional outliers
  • Relying on administrative support, established procedures, or a complete team—you function with significant autonomy and create what's needed
  • Viewing family relationships as accounts to be managed—this role rewards authentic connection, not procedural adherence
