Safely operate hotel vehicles to collect and deliver items, supplies, and materials as requested by department.

• Assist with loading/unloading supplies and shelving in the stores and warehouses.

Ensure timely pick‑up of orders from vendors, maintaining accuracy in delivery notes, invoices, and documentation.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness, trip logs, fuel levels, and basic maintenance checks to ensure readiness at all times.

Coordinate with the teams to support inventory movement, urgent purchases, and special logistical requirements.

Uphold hotel service standards by demonstrating professional conduct, guest courtesy, and adherence to safety and security protocols.

• Valid UAE driving license with proven experience driving light vehicles for hotels or corporate entities.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic rules, and safe‑driving practices.
• Ability to handle procurement documents, follow purchasing procedures, and communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams.
