DIRECT SERVICE PERSON – Early / Nokomis / Warwick
Join the CTF Illinois team as a direct support professional. Care, competence, and compassion are essential to empower individuals to live the life they want.
Base pay range: $20,000.00/yr – $20,000.00/yr
.
Responsibilities
- Live with clients in group homes to support independent living
- Assist with daily life activities: cooking, cleaning, dressing, bathing, shopping, community activities
- Ensure clients are healthy and safe at all times
- Provide supportive care while encouraging self‑sufficiency
Benefits and Pay
- DSPs earn between $20.50 – $22.50 per hour
- Full‑time benefits: contributory medical, dental, vision, supplemental life, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, short‑term disability (effective 1st of the month following 60 days of employment)
- Full‑time life insurance: $20,000
