The ideal candidate will have experience with preparing financial reports and statements, complex reconciliations, and revenue recognition. Additionally, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a growth-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the month-end close process, gathering financial data to create journal entries, account reconciliations, and provide variance analysis
• Conduct contract review to ensure proper billing procedures and are in accordance with revenue recognition standards
• Develop forecasts and budgets for expenses, collaborating with various departments to assess prior years' data and evaluate for future use

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in public audit
• CPA certification or progress toward preferred, but not required
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP Systems
