DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between project management and various departments, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and providing administrative support to project managers.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project activities and timelines to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist in the preparation and updating of project documentation and reports
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
- Support resource allocation and manage project-related budgets effectively
- Identify potential risks and issues, assisting in problem-solving and resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships
