Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Events and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a keen interest in event planning and sales support. As an Events and Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in coordinating various events, including corporate meetings, seminars, and promotional activities, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
  • Prepare and maintain event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Update and manage customer databases and sales tracking systems.
  • Assist in the creation of sales presentations and marketing collateral.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning or sales support is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships with clients and vendors.
