DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service possible. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
- Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues
- Provide product information and guidance on service offerings
