Spa Receptionist – Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC)
Your Role as a Spa Receptionist: As a Spa Receptionist at FFC, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes our members and guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment while providing top‑notch customer service that reflects FFC’s core values.

Shifts:
Thursdays 9:30 am – 5 pm - Compensation: $15 per hour
- Welcome with Warmth – Greet members by name with a smile, creating a positive first impression
- Maintain a Pristine Space – Clean the spa front desk and tanning areas (if applicable) and keep them organized
- Professional Communication – Answer incoming calls and direct them with professionalism and care
- Appointment Management – Coordinate with spa staff to manage bookings and ensure seamless scheduling
- Handle Transactions – Process payments accurately and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Client Connection – Make reminder calls to inform clients of their appointments
- Be an Expert – Educate clients on Recovery Lounge services, including medical benefits and precautions, and guide them in selecting the best products and services
- Respond & Support – Address member questions and concerns and provide additional departmental support as needed

FFC offers a robust mandatory training program. The program includes multiple hospitality courses to be completed during the first 90 days. Your manager will review your role‑specific training and dates upon hire.
