Illinois Bone & Joint Institute is hiring a Full or Part Time Occupational Therapist, CHT who is interested in working in an orthopedic / hand therapy based clinic. Looking for a flexible, dynamic, motivated therapist with previous Out-Patient experience in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation to join our team at the Park Ridge location!

IBJI Park Ridge is well known in the community for the services it provides. This clinic is energetic, fun, and includes both OT and PT. Park Ridge Rehab serves on-site physicians that specialize in sports medicine and joint preservation. This role requires continual collaboration and coordination with the physicians and their teams.

Job Summary
:

The focus of this position is to provide orthopedic care to a variety of patients with varying upper extremity diagnosis. IBJI practices an integrated care model with close collaboration with our onsite physicians, therapists, athletic trainers, technicians, nursing and front desk staff to delivery exception orthopedic based care.

The main objective of the position includes comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation and treatment of patients of all ages and diagnoses.

• Previous Out-Patient Hand Therapy experience
• CHT required
• Experience with custom orthotics/splinting
• Ability to multitask and be a team player
• Interest in working with all types of patients including athletes
• Open and excited to learn new skills and grow as clinician
• Be able to collaborate and build relationships with onsite and offsite physicians
• Involvement in professional development and continuing education
