Base Pay Range: $37.50/hr - $56.25/hr

• 32-bed unit delivering nursing care to a wide scope of medical critical care patients.
• Medical and cardiac cases are varied and can include respiratory sepsis and complex comorbidities.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of Illinois.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association and ACLS.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience – preferably in critical care or at least 1 year in medical/surgical and/or telemetry.

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Apply evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and optimize patient experience across the continuum.
