Senior System Engineer
- Design, deploy, configure, and manage Windows Server environments (2012+) across physical and virtual server and storage platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V)
- Administration of Microsoft Cloud (e.g., Azure Infrastructure, M365, Intune, Entra , Exchange, SharePoint)
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking systems
- Administration of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and supporting services for enterprise‑wide user and resource management
- Oversee system patching, security updates, and vulnerability remediation processes to maintain a strong security posture
- Implement and enforce network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats
- Manage storage solutions (SAN/NAS) and implement efficient backup and recovery strategies (e.g., Veeam)
- Ensure the 24/7 high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) of critical network systems
- Develop, document, and regularly test DR and business continuity plans.
- Develop and maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems, and execute necessary tuning to optimize resource utilization and system responsiveness.
- Provide tier 3 desktop support for complex issues – available for tier 1/2 support coverage as needed (
