We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.
Job SummaryThe Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for turning product value into campaigns that will convert. This individual will combine strategic messaging, buyer-journey content, and multi-channel execution to launch integrated programs that grow new logo pipeline, support upsell and expansion and increase customer engagement across PCRS and Tru Comply.
Essential Functions- Develop detailed campaign briefs aligned to ICPs, personas, and buyer journey stages
- Lead multi-touch, multi-channel GTM campaigns for new logo, upsell, customer retention, product/feature launches, and strategic company initiatives
- Translate product messaging into clear, compelling narratives
- Develop channel sequencing across email, web, social, paid media, webinars, events, and sales outreach
- Maintain up-to-date content calendar
- Manage social publishing and reporting using Hub Spot or native platform tools
- Provide recurring insights on channel, funnel, and campaign performance
- Leverage partner channels and industry publications to expand reach
- Track campaign budgets, monitor spend, and coordinate external vendor/agency relationships related to campaign execution

Supervisory Responsibilities- None.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years B2B SaaS campaign experience
- Strong copywriting and multi-channel storytelling skills
- Experience designing nurture and lifecycle programs
- Expert-level Hub Spot Marketing Hub experience
- Fluent in AI tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Automotive, F&I, dealership, warranty, TPA, or insurance-tech background
- Experience with paid search, paid social, and retargeting
- Experience with workflow-heavy, multi-module SaaS platforms
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Ability to travel to conferences and other PCMI events up to 10% (max)
- Must be able to commute to our Park Ridge, IL office two days per week.
