Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Gastroenterology (GI) team. This full-time inpatient-only role offers the opportunity to work closely with board-certified gastroenterologists, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with a wide range of digestive health conditions.

Inpatient-only role within a collaborative GI team

Conduct comprehensive assessments and review medical histories

Manage chronic GI conditions such as GERD, IBD, IBS, and liver disease

Provide pre- and post-procedural counseling and medication management

Accurately document patient encounters using EMR

Facility located in a diverse community with access to major highways

Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Illinois

Board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology NP, or Physician Assistant

Minimum 12 years of experience in Gastroenterology or Internal Medicine preferred

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient education skills
