• Licensed in Illinois as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‑BC) with an active DEA.
• Full Practice Authority in Illinois is preferred but not required.
• Experience managing medication and providing therapy.

• Full‑time or part‑time in‑person positions.
