Hospital based Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and/or the main Operating Room (OR). New Grad registered nurses and/or registered nurses with experience outside of the Operating room are welcome to apply! Come and start or continue in your dream job with the prestigious Advocate Health hospital network at Advocate’s Lutheran General MAGNET teaching Hospital! Expect 8-9 months of extensive training. Cohort slated to start in March 2026!

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Time management and problem-solving skills, willingness to learn new things, team oriented, adaptable to change, strong desire to succeed, and dedicated to the completion of the cohort training program.

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills professional communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
• 8-10 months of extensive training with a preceptor to gain all the knowledge you will need to be successful as an OR nurse!
