ACA Insurance Enrollment Specialist

Sonata Care LLC in Park Ridge, New Jersey is looking to hire an energetic full-time ACA Insurance Enrollment Specialist (Under 65 health insurance sales) with a positive, can-do attitude who is detail-oriented with excellent computer and multi-tasking skills. This is a full-time in-office computer-based position with little to no phone interaction with clients, handling online applications only.

• Active Health Insurance License (preferred) – We are willing to help the right candidate obtain licensing if not currently licensed
• Must be able to navigate multiple computer screens and programs and multitask effectively to be able to sort, review, and process online applications for healthcare coverage
• Must be familiar with the latest technology to navigate multiple software programs and screens efficiently
• Must have fast typing skills (ideally 60wpm or greater with high accuracy)
• Be able to communicate with clients via phone, email, and text to answer questions and provide support
• Must pay attention to detail to maintain accurate client records using CRM and internal systems
• Can adapt to changes with a can-do attitude and be comfortable handling high volumes of client interactions
