Food Servers for the PM shift are essential to the success of the restaurant team and will provide outstanding guest service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a smile. Pay and Benefits - $8.20 per hour; this is a tipped position. • Deliver best-in-class service to guests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
• Take and deliver guests' food and beverage orders with enthusiasm; regularly revisit tables to ensure beverages are filled and guest satisfaction.
• Generate checks through the PMS and receive payments efficiently for each guest.
• Maintain daily organization of the restaurant, ensuring all condiments and supplies are replenished.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations.

• Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50-75 lbs.
• Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurant and kitchen areas.

Education

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year Server experience in a similar role; size of operation preferred.
• Alcohol Beverage Server Certification required.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
