The Line Cook is a full-time, on-site role located in Park Ridge, NJ. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals according to established recipes, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met, and assisting in kitchen operations. Key tasks include maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, organizing ingredients, adhering to dietary requirements, and working collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet meal preparation schedules.

The role involves ensuring meals are delivered efficiently, maintaining equipment, and upholding the company’s commitment to excellence in service and quality.

• Proficiency in food preparation, cooking, and handling procedures
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and follow recipes
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Previous experience in a similar cooking role is preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school certification is a plus
