- Plumbing Installations & Repairs – Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs
- System Inspections & Testing – Inspect plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Respond to call‑outs, diagnose plumbing issues, and implement effective solutions to restore system functionality
- Customer Interaction – Communicate with customers to explain plumbing issues, solutions, and recommended services, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Cost Estimation & Solutions – Prepare accurate cost estimates for plumbing work and advise customers on potential improvements or necessary repairs
- Preventative Maintenance – Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking water heaters, pipes, and fixtures to ensure optimal system performance
- Service Titan – Utilize Service Titan software for tracking repairs, service history, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation
- Compliance & Safety – Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes, industry standards, and safety regulations
- Customer Service Excellence – Handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide timely responses to all service requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Experience 1-3+ years of experience as a plumber or similar role, with a focus on residential plumbing
- Certification – Plumbing certification or equivalent field experience from a technical/trade school preferred
- Technical Expertise – Proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, including soldering and fixture replacements
- Service Software
– Experience with
Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus - Communication Skills – Strong communication and listening skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Attention to Detail – Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to plumbing codes and regulations
- Customer‑Focused – A commitment to delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude
- Driver’s License –
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
