Responsibilities

• Install Plumbing Systems:
  Install, replace, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures including toilets, faucets, water heaters, and perform soldering tasks
• System Testing & Inspections:
  Ensure safety, water quality, and code compliance through thorough inspection and testing
• Repairs & Troubleshooting:
  Perform common repairs and resolve issues found during inspections or service calls
• Customer Interaction:
  Communicate clearly with homeowners, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions with professionalism
• Service Calls & Estimates:
  Respond to customer needs and provide accurate estimates for installations and repairs
• Service Titan Knowledge:
  Experience with Service Titan is a plus—assisting with scheduling, job management, and customer updates
• Compliance & Safety:
  Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and local plumbing codes

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of residential plumbing installation experience
• Solid understanding of standard plumbing practices, soldering, and repairs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and fixture installation
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Service Titan or similar software experience is a plus
