Federal Tax Associate; Fall​/Winter

FEDERAL TAX ASSOCIATE

Work with large and small companies across various industries, developing strong client relationships and contributing to multiple team engagements.

• Participate in tax specialty areas such as income taxes, corporate taxation, federal credits and incentives, individual taxation, mergers and acquisitions, pass‑through entity taxation, private client services, and not‑for‑profit organizations.
• Prepare tax planning and research.
• Complete federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Understand tax regulations and accounting pronouncements.
• Work on multiple engagements each year and support various aspects of assignments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Travel to client locations required; ability to arrange reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Team‑oriented, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

• Working toward successful completion of the CPA exam; tax associates may obtain audit hours for full certification.

• Competitive salary range: $70,400 - $84,000.
