Job DescriptionResponsible for providing clerical and secretarial support to the administrator. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community and school clientele.

This position will work with coordinating 504 plans and scheduling 504 meetings.
Responsibilities- Respond to telephone calls, route calls, take messages and assist staff, parents and community with concerns and questions.
- Provide information through daily bulletin and other means to staff, students and others.
- Provide clerical support to the assistant principal and administrative assistant.
- May schedule events on master calendar regarding athletic events and activities and providing information to various personnel and community.
- May assign student lockers and process student I.D. cards.
- May manage daily substitute teacher activities and record teacher absences.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Salary Range- Minimum Hire Rate: $18.93 USD Hourly
- Maximum Hire Rate: $24.13 USD Hourly
- Full Salary Range: $18.93 USD - $29.33 USD Hourly
