Service Advisor

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers if additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection reports
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

• Have a valid driver’s license

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of labor and parts costs
• Establish follow-up times
• Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and update customers frequently
• Verify that the final invoice matches the work performed
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant is required
• Above average energy level
• A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
• Personal and professional integrity
• ADP computer experience is a plus
