A family-centered law firm is seeking an intake specialist to lead the client intake process. This role requires outstanding communication and empathy skills as you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Responsibilities include guiding clients through consultations, coaching client advocates, and tracking leads using CRM software. A Bachelor's degree and previous customer service or sales experience are preferred.
Compensation is competitive at $25 - $30 per hour, primarily in-person at our office.
