Construction Foreperson

• Positive work environment

• 10‑hour days – 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday, most Fridays free)

• Perform foundation repair duties with on‑the‑job training provided
• Operate a hydraulic torque head drill and other equipment such as skid loaders and mini‑excavators
• Install driven and helical piers
• Level homes, sidewalks, driveways via poly foam or Mudjacking slab‑raising processes
• Handle various forms of residential and commercial foundation repair

• Pass a background check and drug test
• Outdoor work experience required
• Able to lift 70 lbs
• Self‑starter, able to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation; driver’s license and clean driving record a plus
• Presentable for residential setting and client contact
• No felonies
