The Wohrley Allstate Agency is growing and looking for a P&C Licensed Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering world-class service, handling high call volume, and creating exceptional client experiences.

What You’ll Do- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and in-office customer interactions
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews
- Provide accurate, efficient, and friendly service on every interaction
- Support the sales team by identifying opportunities to cross-sell and retain business
- Manage multiple tasks and customers throughout the day with speed and precision
- Ensure every client receives a professional, positive experience
We are specifically seeking candidates with:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (Strongly preferred)
- Prior experience in personal lines insurance (strongly preferred)
- Active Property & Casualty License (required)
- Ability to commute to Parker, CO (in-person role)

Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000+ (based on experience, plus bonus opportunities)
