Mr. Appliance wants to hear from you! We’re a world-class customer service company (that happens to fix appliances) and we’re hiring a Customer Experience Representative to join our office team.

• Answer incoming calls with empathy and professionalism
• Respond to customer emails
• Schedule in‑home service appointments
• Clearly communicate appointment details
• Order and receive appliance parts
• Accurately enter customer and job data

• Great phone and communication skills
• Organized and efficient in a fast‑paced office
• Dependable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Previous office or customer service experience is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong phone presence
• Reliable and team‑oriented attitude

• Hourly Pay:
  Starting at $18.00/hour, depending on experience
• Schedule:
  Monday to Friday – No nights or weekends
• Benefits:
  Health, dental, and vision after 90 days
• Paid Time Off: 60 hours per year
