Member Service Representatives (MSR) are frontline heroes building relationships with members and helping them achieve financial goals by providing tailored solutions.
Job Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor, helping members identify financial goals and providing tailored recommendations to increase well‑being.
- Conduct basic financial transactions, including cash handling, account opening/maintenance, and loan payment processing.
- Build and foster relationships with current and potential members grounded in trust and genuine interest.
- Promote local community outreach by investing in schools, businesses, and organizations.
- Educate members on innovative technology that offers banking alternatives, allowing them to manage finances anytime, anywhere at their convenience.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Availability to work branch hours, including scheduled Saturdays.
- Ability to educate and promote credit union products and services.
- Meet or exceed individual and branch goals for referrals and closed sales.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Grade 700P: $20.30 – $28.95 per hour. Position is eligible for incentive earnings based on overall performance.
Benefits & TrainingPaid training will be provided. Full‑time employees receive paid sick and vacation days, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as a strong 401(k) plan. Eligible for tuition reimbursement after 90 days.
