General Dentist – Full-Scope Private Practice Opportunity | Yuma, CO

A high-quality, privately owned dental practice in Yuma, Colorado is seeking a General Dentist to join its established and growing team. This role is replacing a long-term associate who is relocating on great terms, offering the incoming provider a full patient base and a strong clinical foundation from day one.

This is a full-scope general dentistry position in a rural setting, ideal for someone who wants to gain broad clinical experience. The practice offers everything from IV sedation and implants to restorative work, bridges, and preventive care
. With limited access to specialists in the region, there's excellent opportunity to develop advanced skills.

  Yuma, CO
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time, flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
• Services:
  Comprehensive care including implants, IV sedation, restorative, and more
• Technology:
  Cone beam, iTero, fully digital, TVs in every operatory
• Operatories: 6 currently, expanding to 9
• Team: 3 hygienists, experienced clinical support
• Patient Mix:
  All ages, 60% insurance / 40% cash, no Medicaid

• W-2 employee position
• Daily guarantee: $1,000–$1,200/day
• 33% of adjusted production in year one, increasing to 35% in year two
• CE time and stipend
• Group health insurance
• Temporary housing available to assist with relocation
