$8,000 Sign‑on Bonus! Copperhead Dental Care in Parker, CO is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. This is a full‑time position (four days a week, Tuesday‑Friday) with an option for part‑time work. The role includes an $8,000 sign‑on bonus that requires a one‑year commitment.

- We are eager to welcome another enthusiastic hygiene provider to our compassionate, welcoming, and fun team.
- Current dental hygienist license in Colorado and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR certification.
- New graduate or years of clinical experience.
- Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of dental health.
- Experience handling clinical needs as required by the office.
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the office or Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
- Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
- A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. The test will be arranged during the pre‑employment process.
