A medical center in Colorado is looking for a locum tenens Level 2 Certified occupational medicine physician to help backfill, close work comp cases, perform DOT physicals, and provide impairment ratings within their occupational medicine clinic. This role is supported by their occupational medicine APP and involves clinic and outpatient services for adults, seeing 10-12 patients a day. The facility uses Epic for electronic medical records.
Minimum Requirements:- Level 2 Certified Occupational Medicine
- Board Certified in Occupational Medicine
- CO License or IMLC
- BLS
- DEA
- Clean Background
