PhysicianCareer Tracks
- Shareholder status after 1 year, with equity in both the endoscopy and pathology centers by Year 2
- Flexible schedule options (3-5 days/week)
- High-volume procedural focus - average 15-18 scopes/day
- Full-spectrum GI care with on-site endoscopy center - advanced skills not required, EUS/ERCP available if desired
- Competitive base salary with wRVU incentive model
