Parker Montessori is seeking a dedicated, warm, and experienced Montessori Lead Teacher to join our team immediately
. Our school has served the Parker community since 1987 and is committed to providing a nurturing, authentic Montessori environment where children thrive with independence, curiosity, and joy.

The Lead Teacher is responsible for guiding the prepared environment, supporting each child’s developmental needs, and working collaboratively with classroom assistants and the school leadership team. We are looking for someone who brings a calm, loving presence and a deep respect for the Montessori philosophy.

Lead a Montessori classroom with consistency, grace, and professionalism

Prepare and maintain an orderly, beautiful, and developmentally appropriate environment

Observe children and provide individualized lessons

Model gentle communication and positive guidance

Collaborate with assistants and support staff

Build strong, respectful relationships with families

Maintain accurate records and support school-wide initiatives

AMI or AMS Montessori certification (or in progress)

Experience working in a Montessori environment

Warm, calm, and grounded presence with children

Strong communication and organizational skills

Commitment to ongoing professional growth

Ability to work collaboratively with a supportive team
