Parker Montessori, celebrating 34 years, is accepting applications for Montessori Certified Teachers for our Primary Programs. We are located in downtown Parker with a small‑town feel and easy access to nearby parks and the town center, minutes from Highlands Ranch, Aurora, Centennial, and Castle Rock.
The candidate must hold a Primary certificate from AMS, AMI, or an accredited Montessori Training Center. The applicant should be enthusiastic, self‑driven, positive, flexible, and passionate about Montessori philosophy. Good communication and writing skills, classroom management, and the ability to work as a team are essential. A minimum of three years as a lead teacher is preferred. Email your resume to offic
Responsibilities include directing a Montessori classroom, preparing monthly newsletters, communicating respectfully with parents, creating student portfolios and tracking student progress, attending staff meetings and school events, conducting parent/teacher conferences twice per school year, and participating in various school activities.

Qualifications- Montessori Certified with a Primary certificate from AMS, AMI, or an accredited training center.
- Early Childhood Teaching qualification in Colorado.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience; 3 years or more as a lead teacher preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and time management.
- Team player who goes above and beyond, committed to students and families, and loves working with children.
