Lead Primary Teacher

Parker Montessori, celebrating 34 years, is accepting applications for Montessori Certified Teachers for our Primary Programs. We are located in downtown Parker with a small‑town feel and easy access to nearby parks and the town center, minutes from Highlands Ranch, Aurora, Centennial, and Castle Rock.

The candidate must hold a Primary certificate from AMS, AMI, or an accredited Montessori Training Center. The applicant should be enthusiastic, self‑driven, positive, flexible, and passionate about Montessori philosophy. Responsibilities include directing a Montessori classroom, preparing monthly newsletters, communicating respectfully with parents, creating student portfolios and tracking student progress, attending staff meetings and school events, conducting parent/teacher conferences twice per school year, and participating in various school activities.

• Montessori Certified with a Primary certificate from AMS, AMI, or an accredited training center.
